How to Wrap Your Hands

Anytime you practice be sure to ‘wrap’ correctly. If you are practicing with proper technique and correct placement you should never have a problem.  Just like if you are driving safely, you SHOULD never have an accident.  But wrapping your hand is just like wearing your seatbelt.  You do it EVERY TIME just in case!

As footwork improves so will your foot-speed. It’s a good idea to protect your ankles as much as you do your wrist!
